Storage Rules and Guidelines

Please review the following rules carefully before using your storage unit.

1. Office & Gate Access Hours

Office Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Gate Access Hours

• Daily: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

2. Rental Payments

• Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
• A late fee of $25.00 will be applied after a 5-day grace period.
• Accounts over 30 days past due may be denied gate access.
• Units with unpaid balances may be subject to lien sale procedures.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Flammable or explosive materials
• Illegal substances
• Firearms or ammunition
• Gasoline, propane, or fuel containers
• Perishable food items
• Live animals or plants
• Hazardous chemicals or toxic waste

4. Security & Safety

• Tenants must secure units with their own lock.
• Do not share gate codes with unauthorized individuals.
• Smoking is prohibited on the property.
• Facility speed limit is 5 MPH.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

5. Cleanliness & Unit Care

• Units must be kept clean and free of pests.
• Trash may not be left on the property.
• Tenants are responsible for securing units after each visit.
• Cleaning fees may apply to abandoned units.

6. Vehicle & Parking Rules

• Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Vehicles may not block driveways or loading zones.
• Overnight parking requires management approval.
• Leaking or inoperable vehicles are prohibited.

7. Insurance Requirement

The facility is not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, water damage, mold, pests, or natural disasters.

Tenants are encouraged to maintain active storage insurance coverage.

8. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to refuse service.
• Facility rules may be updated at any time.
• Unauthorized individuals may be removed from the property.
• Violation of rules may result in termination of tenancy.
